Next shows in Lausanne : 5 to 13 may 2012
For the next shows in Lausanne, which will also the first part of the 25th anniversary celebrations, the company will perform the ballet Light : a choreography of Maurice Béjart on music from Antonio Vivaldi, Tuxedomoon and The Residents. This reprise is a very special event because this ballet has never been performed in Lausanne.
The Rudra School will celebrate it’s 20th anniversary with a show on may 13 in the morning.

Two cities by the water; Venice and far-flung San Francisco connected by a bridge like the Rialto. A rainbow on which boys and girls dance. Suddenly the two cities are engulfed by the sea, from which a platform of light emerges and rises towards the sky, bearing beings that swirl around in the light.
A birth, a pregnant woman, a gold hunter, a masked woman who looks like a painting, an island close to the shores of Venice – San Francesco del Deserto, where St. Francis landed on his way back from the holy land.
San Francisco, the sea, the desert. A man dressed in white is turning around… why is his hat the same as that of Tiepolo’s Pulcinella?
A lightweighted woman who bears the light.
A great lord, Don Juan? Casanova? And the redheaded priest.
