Fabrice Gallarrague

Fabrice trained at the Paris Opera Ballet School and the Ecole Supérieure de Danse de Cannes-Mougins Rosella Hightower. He danced with the HET National Ballet in Amsterdam before collaborating with Giuseppe Carbone, in Romeo and Juliet, in Rome. He then danced with the Ballet de Marseille and the Ballet Preljocaj in Aix en Provence. From 2003 to 2010, he danced with the Ballet d’Europe.


He joined the Béjart Ballet Lausanne in 2010. He has performed principal roles in Maurice Béjart’s choreographies: the Rite of Spring, Ballet for Life, The Ninth Symphony, Piaf, Le Mandarin Merveilleux, The Magic Flute, Bhakti III and 7 danses grecques. He also took part in Gil Roman’s Syncope, Là où sont les oiseaux, Anima Blues, t ’M et variations… and Tous les hommes presque toujours s’imaginent. In 2017, he participated in the creation of Dixit, a piece written and directed by Marc Hollogne with choreographies by Maurice Béjart and Gil Roman. The next year, he performed one of the lead roles in Ku, by guest choreographer Yuka Oishi.
