The Béjart Ballet Lausanne’s online boutique’s item prices, including the cost of processing and shipping, are in Swiss Francs (CHF), TTC. The BBL reserves the rights to change the prices at any time.
The transaction is done in Swiss Francs (CHF). The amount deducted from the bank card being used will depend on the CHF rate on the day of the debit, and possible exchange fees will be deducted by the emitting card’s bank.
For an invoice, deliveries do not begin until the payment has been completed for the price of the order. When clicking the “validate” button at the end of the order process, you declare having entirely accepted the following terms of sales.
The recorded data is proof of the transactions that took place between BBL and its clients.
The payment system’s recorded data is proof of the financial transactions.
The BBL confirms the approved order by email to the client. You are given a delay of 7 days, including the order date, to cancel or to be reimbursed.
The BBL reserves the right to cancel any order from a client in which a dispute took place concerning the payment of a previous order.
Our offers are valid based on our stock availability.
In case of stock unavailability after ordering, we will inform you by email or post as soon as possible. You will then be able to ask for reimbursement for the corresponding amount of the remaining items to be delivered.
The items are delivered to the shipping address that you fill out during the order process.
It is the client’s responsibility to be precise when providing the exact and complete name and address of the receiver (door code, story, telephone…) in order for the delivery to take place under normal conditions. The BBL will not be held responsible for a return of delivery due to an error in the address or the impossibility of a delivery.
If the delivery return or impossibility to deliver is due to lack of information or an error of address, the new shipment will be charged at the price of the previous transportation cost.
To be registered, the order must be paid in its entirety. Unpaid orders cannot be delivered.
These terms of sales prevail all other general or specific terms not authorized by the BBL.
Delivery and tax fees
The shipment fees are extra. The shipment rates depend on the destination and the parcel weight.
The possible custom taxes and rights to be paid are at the receiver’s charge and can be paid at delivery.
Data security and protection
Our site, in particular for our ordering process, is secured by SSL encryption.
The information that you communicate to us is crucial in the handling of your order.
With a written request to BBL, you can ask to have the data concerning you deleted.
The descriptions’ images and texts are not contractual. As a consequence, BBL’s responsibility is not concerned in case of an error in one of the images or texts.
The BBL is not responsible for non-fulfilment of a finalised contract in case of the unavailability of an offered product on the website, a crisis, of a partial or total disruption or strike, including postal services and transport services, flooding, or fires.
The BBL is not held responsible for any indirect damage for the following: operation loss, profit loss, chance loss, damages or fees. According to the federal law on the protection of data (LDP) of June 19th, 1992, state law on January 1st, 2011, you have the right of access and rectification of data concerning you. To attain these rights, you can contact us either by email or by post.
The payment takes place online by bank card, Visa & Euro card/MasterCard. For this reason, we do not apply terms for discounts, nor delay penalties.
Orders indicating a mailbox address will not be considered. The property transfer of the items to the client’s profit only takes place after the completed payment from the client.
Return and guarantee
At the reception of the items, the client must insure that the delivery is in accordance with the order made. Eventual possible damages must be clearly dated and signed, on the slip of the shipment parcel.
All requests will need to be done with BBL, with a maximum delay of 7 days after reception by email. Exceeding the delay, no request will be considered.
All returns of items must go through a formal agreement between the Béjart Ballet Lausanne and the client, and must be returned within the 7 following days. Exceeding this delay, no request will be considered.
The client or the receiver may not under any case resell the items ordered who are destined for his or her personal use. Only the Swiss law is applicable.
All disputes that can be subject to interpretation, non-fulfilment, or bad execution of the present contract will need to be exclusively dealt by the competent general authority with juridical power in Lausanne.
All of the elements on BBL’s website are and remain exclusive and intellectual property of BBL.
No one is authorised to reproduce, exploit, to rebroadcast, or use no matter the title, even partially, the elements of the website whether they are programs, visuals or sound. All simple or hypertexts are strictly forbidden without a written agreement from BBL.
