Antoine Le Moal is a French dancer and choreographer. Trained at the National Superior Conservatories of Paris and Lyon, then at the Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam, he joined the Béjart Ballet Lausanne in 2016. There, he dances the major works of Maurice Béjart and takes part in creations by several guest choreographers.

This decade on stage, in contact with very different worlds and styles, now shapes his choreographic vision, which he has always developed alongside his career as a dancer.

Music is often the starting point of his explorations. Antoine Le Moal seeks movement, impulse and above all the encounter between dancers. Each piece is built from their personality, their way of moving and what they have to say.

In every performer, he senses something essential, a singularity that moves him and that he wants to reveal. His first works, tailor-made for specific artists, were to him “little choreographic love letters”. He now creates not only for them, but with them. Deeply introspective, his dance carries his own vital and personal energy, as if momentum itself were taking shape on stage.

He has presented solos and pas de deux in Switzerland, France, Spain and Mexico, at festivals and charity galas. Several of his pieces have been created to support cancer research. In September 2026, he presents his first creation in collaboration with the Béjart Ballet Lausanne, Qu’est-ce que la joie ?, at the Théâtre du Jorat in Mézières.

Winner of the Prix de la Vocation from the Fondation Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet and supported by H.S.H. Prince Albert II of Monaco, Antoine Le Moal continues his path between stage and creation, driven by the same desire: to make movement a space for play, encounter and expression.
