Kateryna is from Kiev and received her first diploma in 2011 from the National Ballet School in the Ukrainian capital. For the next two years, she performed as a soloist with the Shevchenko National Opera, performing many leading roles in the classical repertoire. In 2013, Kateryna joined the Mariinsky Theater in Saint Petersburg, where she was promoted to soloist in 2015. She joined the Béjart Ballet Lausanne in 2023.
