He was a member of the Béjart Ballet Lausanne since 2000. Enrico Cesari, also known as Kiko, was more than the Company’s Régisseur; he was a faithful travel companion, a friend with an attentive ear and an open heart.

His passing in the early hours of Tuesday, February 15, left Gil Roman, his dancers, their Ballet Master and rehearsal team, the technicians and the entire BBL administrative staff, in deep sorrow. The day before his departure, the artists to whom Kiko dedicated his life, danced for him at the Opéra de Lausanne. Nobody will forget him. We want to convey this to his dear, loving wife, Elisabet Ros, whose grief we share today. We extend our deepest condolences to her and the Cesari family.
