Ballet for Life goes to Japan

After 12 years, Ballet for Life will be back in Japan in May 2020!

Under the artistic direction of Gil Roman, the company will perform to the music of Queen and Mozart during its Japan Tour in May 2020. The ballet created by Maurice Béjart is a tribute to Freddie Mercury and Jorge Donn, both of whom died too soon. The choreography is a reflection on life, death and love.

“A ballet about youth and hope, as hopeless and optimistic as they are. Despite everything, I believe that “the show must go on”, as Queen would sing” said the creator.
