2017 marks 30 years since Béjart Ballet Lausanne was founded and 10 years since Maurice Béjart’s demise. For the occasion, his successor Gil Roman and his company present a series of original performances for its Japanese tour, three after they last came.

The BBL invites you to explore a fascinating journey: see Paris through the eyes of “the little sparrow” with Piaf from Maurice Béjart, immerse yourself in the mysteries of love with Gil Roman’s electric work Kyôdaï, in an ethereal ballad with the « road ballet » of Gil Roman’s Anima Blues and a grandiose finale of Maurice Béjart’s hypnotic Boléro.
