Carolina started dancing at the age of 4 in her hometown, Treviso, Italy. In 2017, she entered the Accademia Teatro alla Scala in Milan, where she graduated in 2021. She continued her training attending the Trainee Program at the European School of Ballet in Amsterdam, under the direction of Jean-Yves Esquerre. In August 2022 she joined the Béjart Ballet Lausanne as a trainee dancer.
