Béjart Ballet Lausanne dances in your home

All activities of the Béjart Ballet Lausanne have been on hold since March 16th to prevent the coronavirus epidemic from spreading. The company would like to invite itself virtually into your living rooms and dance for you for a month: starting on Thursday March 26th, the footage of the company’s performances will be featured every week on the front page of bejart.ch.

From Thursday, March 26 to Sunday, March 29, 2020, t ‘M et variations… by Gil Roman will be available for free online viewing.

“With t ‘M et variations… Gil Roman signs a ballet where the movements become words addressed to Maurice Béjart. The artistic director created this ballet ten years after the founder’s demise and for BBL’s 30th anniversary. Pages after pages, in the form of a journal, intimate relationship, t ‘M et variations… is a series of variations on the theme of Love and the inner necessity of Dance. A radically fascinating choreography, chronic of a festive day full of colours and arabesques. A spectacle of pure sensations. Remarkable and bewitching!” – Patrick Ferla

In these trying times for everyone, Béjart Ballet Lausanne would like to express its most sincere appreciation to the public for their loyalty and to its partners and patrons for their unfailing support.
