Oana trained at the Floria Capsali Choreography High School in Bucharest. In 2006, she joined the Rudra Béjart School Lausanne, and became company member of the Béjart Ballet Lausanne in 2007.
She participated in Maurice Béjart’s last creation, Le Tour du Monde en 80 minutes and danced his repertoire (7 danses grecques, Nutcracker, Ballet for Life, Wien, Wien, nur du Allein, Symphonie pour un homme seul). She also took part in various creations such as: Gil Roman’s Casino des Esprits, Aria, Syncope, t ‘M et variations…, Tous les hommes presque toujours s’imaginent, and guest choreographers Tony Fabre’s Ismaël, Julio Arozarena’s Corps-ciruit. In 2017, she participated in the creation of Dixit, a piece written and directed by Marc Hollogne with choreographies by Maurice Béjart and Gil Roman. The next year, she performed one of the lead roles – “Pure”, in Yuka Oishi’s
空Ku.
