Kathleen began her dance training with Jean Wolfmeyer in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and continued her education at the Virginia School of the Arts. She then moved to New York and joined the Joffrey Ballet School and the Metropolitan Ballet Theater with Maniya Barredo. She later danced with the Joffrey Ballet, in Chicago, for nine seasons. She became company member with the Béjart Ballet Lausanne in 2009.

 

She has performed numerous lead roles in ballets as such The Rite of Spring (l’Elue), The Ninth SymphonyCantate 51Mephisto Valse, Webern Opus V, Ballet for Life, Nutcracker, 7 danses grecques and The Magic Flute in the role of Pamina. She took part in the creation of Gil Roman’s Syncope, Anima Blues, 3 danses pour Tony, t ’M et variations…andTous les hommes presque toujours s’imaginent. In 2015, he chose her for a lead role in Tombées de la dernière pluie. She also took part in numerous original works from guest choreographers like Sthan Kabar-Louët’s Aliziam O’Est, Alonzo King’s Figures of ThoughtJulio Arozena’s Song of Herself and Tony Fabre’s Empreintes. In 2017, she participated in the creation of Dixit, a piece written and directed by Marc Hollogne with choreographies by Maurice Béjart and Gil Roman.
