Masayoshi trained at the Sasaki Ballet Academy in Yamato, Japan, and later danced with the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago, as well as with the Victor Ullate Ballet – Communidad de Madrid.

 

He joined the Béjart Ballet Lausanne in 2010, where he performed numerous principal roles in the ballets: FirebirdThe Ninth SymphonyLe Mandarin Merveilleux, Cantate 51, Piaf, Nutcracker (Felix the Cat), Und so weiter in Béjart fête Maurice, The Magic Flute (Papageno), Opéra, 7 danses grecques, Ballet for Life and Wien, Wien, nur du Allein. In 2016, he danced the lead role of Bim in Gaîté parisienne. He also took part in the creations of Gil Roman’s Aria, Anima Blues and Tous les hommes presque toujours s’imaginent, and was chosen to perform a lead role in Kyôdaï. In 2017, he participated in the creation of Dixit, a piece written and directed by Marc Hollogne with choreographies by Maurice Béjart and Gil Roman. One year later, he perfomed in Syncope by Gil Roman.
