Solène devoted herself to dancing at the age of ten and trained at the Institut Stanlowa in Paris. In 2006, she toured with the Béjart Ballet Lausanne and performed in the ballet L’Amour – La Danse. She joined the Rudra Béjart School Lausanne the following year, and continued to go on tour occasionally with the company. In November 2009, she became a company member of the Ballet de l’Opéra-Théâtre de Metz Métropole.

 

Seven years later, she came back to the Béjart Ballet Lausanne and danced in pieces from Maurice Béjart’s repertoire, such as The Magic Flute, Altenberg Lieder, Un cygne d’autrefois se souvient que c’est lui, Nutcracker, Brel et Barbara, Ballet for Life, 7 danses grecques, Sonate n°5 and Wien, Wien, nur du Allein. In 2017, she participated in the creation of Dixit, a piece written and directed by Marc Hollogne with choreographies by Maurice Béjart and Gil Roman. She also took part in the creations of Julio Arozarena’s Éclats and Gil Roman’s Tous les hommes presque toujours s’imaginent.
